A Cunard Line passenger cruise ship anchored offshore at Monaco.
A very distant port side view, taken from well abaft the beam, of a Cunard Line passenger cruise ship anchored offshore at Monaco. The photographer is looking seaward over a low wall and through an arch in the Monte Carlo district. A man in a suit is sitting on the wall and a large lantern on a cast iron bracket is fixed the the wall on the left. The ship is either the Alaunia (1925) or the Ascania (1925).
