A shopping street in Narvik, Norway. The building on the left is occupied by K. Nilsen and the first floor window is advertising the Iris Cafe & Restaurant. The left side of the road is commercial and the right side is lined with trees. Negative number P93595 is another view of this street, taken on the same occasion. The photographer took the picture during a cruise of the Norwegian fjords by the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929).
