An unidentified fjord in the vicinity of Narvik, Norway, probably Beisfjord.
Looking across an unidentified fjord in the vicinity of Narvik, Norway, from high up a wooded slope. The narrowness and shore line of the fjord is very similar to Beisfjord. Telegraph lines and a pole are in the foreground. The photographer is on a shore excursion from the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) which is on a cruise of Norwegian fjords. The negative is captioned "Narvik".
