Diving boys in their boats alongside the Swedish passenger cruise ship Kungsholm (1928) off Castries harbour, St. Lucia, West Indies. The photographer is at the foot of the accommodation ladder and in the foreground is one of the ship's tenders with a crewman at the wheel holding onto a line. A lifebuoy in the tender has the port of registry Goteborg on it. Some of the boats the diving boys are using have a large flat board extending from the bow. Two of the boats are named 'Pet' and 'Justice'. An unidentified motor vessel is in the left background.
