The Donaldson Line cruise ship Letitia (1925) anchored off the village and harbour at Thasos on the island of Thasos, Greece.
A distant starboard near broadside view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the Donaldson Line cruise ship Letitia (1925) anchored off the village and harbour at Thasos on the island of Thasos, Greece. The photographer is on a shore excursion from the ship and is looking north-north-west from near the waterfront at the west end of the harbour. The west breakwater has a leading light on the end of it. A priest of the Greek Orthodox Church is standing by a building on the left and the building is having work done to its roof. The village is also known as Limenas, which is Greek for 'port'.
