The waterfront and north docks at Trieste, Italy

The waterfront and north docks at Trieste, Italy. The photographer is on the promenade in front of the Riva Tre Novembre looking north. On the right is the Fincantieri building with the Palazzo Carciotti next to it. Masts and sails of vessels in the Canal Grande can be seen at the end of the Riva Tre Novembre. Shipping is in the north docks including a vessel with the name Stadium painted on the hull side. This vessel appears to be an old steamship in use as a hulk with windows cut into the hull amidships.
