Overlooking the north-east district of Trondheim, Norway.
Overlooking the north-east district of Trondheim, Norway. The photographer is looking west from high ground and the mouth of the River Nidelva is to the right of centre. The Munkholmen Island Battery is on the right and anchored near it is a cruise ship seen from directly astern. This ship may be the Swedish Kungsholm (1928) but this has not been confirmed. Trondheim Fjord is in the background.
