It is fitted with a tendalin (summer awning) to protect its passengers. Number 21 passenger ferry is under way in the centre and a passenger launch is on the right. At the eastern end of the Giudecca Canal in the right background is a steam tanker and the Italian passenger liner Conte Rosso (1922) which is being assisted by three tugs.
