A very distant port quarter view of the Swedish cruise ship Gripsholm (1925) at anchor off Visby, Sweden. The photographer is on shore on a cobbled road looking through the stone archway of the Fisherman's Gate and over the beach to the ship which is in an all-white livery and is dressed overall. On the foreshore beyond the arch is a tripod stand, possibly a camera tripod, with pictures displayed on it. A vertical format negative.
