The Kasino Hotel on the seafront at Zoppot, Free City of Danzig. Zoppot was part of the Free City of Danzig from 1920 to 1939. The photographer is looking west-by-north from the pier showing a large number of basket seats scattered about the beach with low sand embankments round each one. The hotel was opened in 1927.
