A wharf in an unidentified port, possibly in Argentina. The photographer is on board an unspecified cruise ship manoeuvring off the wharf which is equipped with three track mounted cranes which are probably of no more than five ton capacity. The port is well built-up with multi-storey buildings and a couple of skyscrapers. A noticeboard on the right has the heading "Ferro Carril Centro Argentino" and the sub-heading looks like "Oficina do Caroa (or Carga)".
