Shipping in port at Kingston, Jamaica

Shipping in port at Kingston, Jamaica. Three ocean-going passenger/cargo ships are berthed alongside finger piers, one of which is named as JOR No. 1 Pier, on the right of the picture and local craft are alongside the other wharves. The photographer is on board a cruise ship out in the harbour and one of her motor lifeboats is in the middle of the harbour. An advertisement for Myer's Rum is on a shed in the centre of the picture. The hills in the background are shrouded in mist and the negative is slightly out of focus. Negative number P96169 is a very similar image and is in focus.
