A port near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Oronsay (1925) at anchor in an unknown location. Her port anchor is deployed and she has an accommodation ladder rigged aft with a small boat near it and a number of local bumboats near the stern. Lifeboat 16 has been launched and seaboat number 4 has been swung out and lowered to boat deck level. She is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm of her foremast. Negative number P84537 was taken on the same occasion.
