The starboard boat deck on board the Orient Line cruise ship Oronsay (1925) while under way at sea at an unknown location.

The crew at lifeboat stations on the starboard side of the boat deck on board the Orient Line cruise ship Oronsay (1925) while under way at sea at an unknown location. The photographer is looking aft and to starboard from near the centreline abaft the bridge showing the double banked lifeboats still housed under their davits but their tarpaulin covers have been removed. The boat's crews, wearing lifejackets, are lined up on the boat deck alongside their respective boats. Awning bars have been rigged over the boat deck.
