Slightly distant port quarter views of the spritsail barges Scone (1919) and Victor (1895) under sail in the Thames Estuary during the Southend Barge Match. The staysail barge Scone is on the port tack and she has the PREEDCRETE logo on her white topsail. She is following the staysail barge Victor, which is also on the port tack, has a blue and white striped staysail and the Kent Life logo is on her topsail. To starboard of these two is the bowsprit barge Gladys (1901) which has a white jib and has the Sunblest Bread logo on her topsail.
