A close view of the deck aft on the spritsail barge Ethel Maud (1889) in Hoo Marina, Hoo, Kent. The tide is out and she is sitting on a mud berth. The photographer is looking aft and to starboard from close alongside the port side showing a man in a multi-coloured shirt standing near the steering wheel just abaft the main horse. He is holding an electric hand drill and there are paint pots by the stern board. Negatives numbers PM2540/68CN, PM2541/2CN and PM2542/4CN were taken on the same occasion.
