A large group of teenage school children with their teachers returning to the educational cruise ship Dunera (1937) at Malmo, Sweden. The photographer is onboard the ship looking down on the quayside showing a class of young ladies ascending the accommodation ladder while other teenage students are gathered near the foot of the ladder waiting for their turn to board. The quay is a commercial one with railway trucks, iron pipes and tarpaulin covered stacks on it. In the background is a group of local motor coaches, presumably the vehicles that have been used by the students.
