She is discharging a cargo of whale meat from the Antarctic. A cargo net is being loaded with wrapped bags of whalemeat and each bag has the word 'Animal' printed on it.. The negative caption includes the statements "The world's most heavily refrigerated ship' and 'Cold air circulates over, under and round the stack but not through it'. Negatives numbers N85234 to N85242 were taken on the same occasion.
