A photograph of a port quarter (stern) view of the Shell tanker Serenia (1961) on the slipway at the Vickers-Armstrong (Shipbuilders) Ltd High Walker Yard. The name 'SERENIA / LONDON' is painted on the stern. Three men are standing on the poop deck by the guardrail, looking over the side. The tanker was launched on 18 October 1960 and completed in July 1961.
