A port near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger/cargo liner Iberia (1954) stopped in Sydney harbour with a pilot launch alongside. A shell door is open to allow the transfer of the pilot and the ship is flying the pilot flag from the bridge halyard. The Iberia is outward bound. Transparencies numbers P62547CT to P62550CT inclusive were taken on the same occasion. The Iberia was on a cruise and arrived in Sydney on 13 April 1969, departing on 17 April for Adelaide.
