In the first class Verandah Bar on board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger liner Oronsay (1951). The bar is at the aft end of 'B' deck and the photographer is looking forward and to port. Three groups of passemngers are sitting at table and they are being attended by a steward who is holding a tray of drinks. A woman and small girl are on the right of the picture and the first class gallery is beyond her. Transparencies P62954CT to P62959CT inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
