A shell door is open amidships. She has a white hull and a sheet of metal is welded to the waterline abaft the bow for experimental purposes. Tugs are connected to her bow and stern. The Sydney Harbour Bridge is in the right background and the horizon is not level. Transparencies numbers P62991CT to P62998CT were taken on the same occasion.
