A slightly distant port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger liner Oriana (1960) under way in Sydney harbour, bound out. She has a white hull and a sheet of metal is welded to the waterline abaft the bow for experimental purposes. A shell door in her hull amidships is open. The image is slightly out of focus and the horizon is not quite level. Transparencies numbers P62991CT to P62998CT were taken on the same occasion.
