The winding is on a Slingsby wheeled dolly and is being pulled and pushed along the walkway by five men while two other men look on and one man is holding a lifting chain to one side. The winding is nearly ready to be hoisted out of the machinery space. The location may be any of the docks in the Port of London or in Falmouth.
