They are inside the crankcase of a diesel motor and one is using a sledge hammer to hit a ring spanner to loosen a nut on a bearing. The other man has his foot on the ring spanner. The bearing is marked No. 1. The location may be any of the docks in the Port of London or in Falmouth.
