The photographer is on the starboard side of the towing deck looking over the port quarter showing a man standing by the capstan winch of the running gog which is attached to the manilla hawser connected to the tanker's stern. The tanker is seen is fine off her starboard quarter and is halfway into No. 4 graving dock. Transparencies numbers P63560CT to P63640CT inclusive were taken on the same day.
