A game of deck tennis on the first class Games Deck on board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company passenger vessel Oronsay (1951). A couple in swimwear are standing at the aft end of the court beyond the net on the port side of the Games Deck and a man in shorts is on the forward end of the court. The woman is has just caught the rubber ring. The photographer is looking aft and to starboard from the port side of the forward end of the court. On the boiler casing in the background is part of the ship's name and her Scottish claymore and targe shield logo. Transparencies numbers P64442CT to P64448CT were taken on the same occasion.
