This plan bears the signature of Sir Stanley Vernon Goodall [Director of Naval Construction 1936-1944]. The drawing also bears a stamp of Fergusson Bros (Port Glasgow) Ltd dated 22 March 1933. The paper of the plan is torn and the drawing consists of black ink endorsed in red ink
