The photographer is on the starboard side alongside crane number 4 hold looking aft and to port showing a hoist of 5 steel drums being lowered into the hold by one her own cranes. The ship is berthed port side to the quay and on one the sheds in the background is an advertisement for "Fly TAA The Friendly Way". TAA is the Trans Australian Airways. On the next shed is a "Welcome to Australia" sign. A vertical format image.
