Scale 1:24. Plan shows the sections and plan view for mortar vessels designed by Captain Julius Roberts R. M. A at Woolwich Dockyard (1855). Written on the reverse of the plan are the words "Sketch of Mortar fitted on the plan of Capt Roberts". The title of the plan is "Mortar and Mortar bed as planned by Captain Julius Roberts R. M. A. and fitted to Mortar Vessels at H. M. D. Yard Woolwich". The plan is extremely fragile and is in need of conservation.
