The binnacle on board the 3-masted topsail schooner Malcolm Miller (1968) while in port. The binnacle has an highly ornate carved pedestal and the compass cover is very highly polished. A plaque affixed to the binnacle reads "Standard Binnacle (ex Shamrock II) presented to Sail Training Association Ship "Malcolm Miller" by Lilley & Reynolds Ltd, London." The photographer is looking forward and slightly to port from the starboard side of the aft end of the deckhouse top. Negatives numbers P50242 to P50245 were taken on the same occasion.
