Scale 1:24. Plan shows the profile, plan and section views of an unnamed 54ft mortar raft (1855). The plan bears the signature of Admiral Baldwin Wake Walker [Surveyor of the Navy 1848-1861], John Edye [Assistant Surveyor of the Navy 1849-1857], Isaac Watts [Assistant Surveyor of the Navy 1849-1857] and James Luke [Inspecting Officer of the Navy 1855-1857]. Part of the right hand edge of the plan is missing. There is a tear through the middle of the drawing from left hand edge to right hand edge which has been previously repaired.
