Local shoemakers and shoe shiners at work in a street in Kuwait
Local shoemakers and shoe shiners at work in a street in Kuwait. Five Kuwaiti men are sitting down next to a building on the street pavement working on shoes. Three of them have shoe shining boxes in front of them. A man wearing black robes and a white headdress is walking in front of the shoe makers on the street and a bicycle is leaning against the building behind one of the shoemakers. Three windows are in the background, extending from the left to the right hand side of the image. The far window on the left hand side has an air conditioning unit attached to the frame. A door with a small window at the top is in the background on the right hand side of the image. This is a duplicate transparency. This is Slide 51 of a lecture given by Captain Henry P.
