A starboard side view, taken from above and abaft the beam, of the lug rigged dinghy Isabel Adams (Fl. 1890) moored to the shore by the Coast Guard hut in the River Stour at Sandwich Haven, Kent. Edgar Tarry Adams is standing in the boat and an unknown man is sitting in the stern. Much of the hull is out of the picture. A Coast Guard oared cutter is on the right and the brow leading up to the hut is in the right foreground. The Adams family referred to this boat as "the lifeboat".
