A distant port side view, taken from abaft the beam, of the lug rigged dinghy Isabel Adams (Fl. 1890) under sail off the Kent coast. Edgar Tarry Adams is at the helm with an unknown man as crew. The boat appears to be coming onto a starboard tack. The Adams family referred to this boat as "the lifeboat".
