A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the lug rigged dinghy Isabel Adams (Fl. 1898) afloat in a creek on the River Stour at Sandwich Haven, Kent. She is across the stream and is being held off the bank by an unknown man holding onto her painter. Her sail is stowed and her oars are resting in their rowlocks. The Adams family refer to this boat as "the lifeboat". A six-oared cutter is dried out in the background.
