A distant starboard quarter view of the lug rigged dinghy Isabel Adams (Fl. 1890) being rowed in Ramsgate outer harbour, Kent. An unknown man is at the oars and she is heading across the harbour towards the Eastern Arm and lighthouse. The Adams family refer to this boat as "the lifeboat". Various vessels are in harbour, including a three masted onker barque.
