A deck view on board the Southampton to Cowes passenger/cargo paddle ferry Prince Leopold (1876) while under way at Southampton. The photographer is on the starboard side of the deck just forward of the paddel box looking aft and slightly to port showing the helmsman at the wheel just ahead of the funnel. Two other crew members are standing in the right background. The wooden deck is wet and the men are wearing wet weather gear. A note on the negative says the photographer is using Camera A.
