A starboard bow view, taken from fine off the bow, of the wooden paddle tug Victoria (1865) partially dried out alongside a quay in Granville Dock, Dover. She has a slight list to port because of the low tide. The photographer is at the edge of the quay just ahead of the bow. Other shipping is berthed in the dock, including a cross-channel paddel steamer and a bucket dredger. A note on the vertical format negative says the photographer is using Camera B.
