Scale 1:192. Plan shows the sketch of sails of the wooden screw sloop Royalist (1861). The title of the drawing is "Sketch of sails as 'Ringdove' but with rake of masts as China". A copy of this plan for use on Royalist was sent to Woolwich Dockyard, dated 19 May 1867. A second copy of this plan was sent to Sheerness Dockyard for use on the wooden screw sloop Columbine (1862), dated 11 July 1868.
