Scale 1:192. Plan shows a sketch of sails proposal drawing for the screw steam frigate Dauntless (1847). The title of the drawing is "Sketch of sails as a 3rd class frigate in the screw classification of 1850". A note in red ink states that "Those in red ink are taken from the sketch proposed by Capt Halstead and set off agreeably to the rules given in the Master Sail-Makers instructions".
