Hermes (1953)

Scale 1:144 for the longitudinal measurements and 1:192 for the vertical measurements. This mix of scales result in a distorted diagrammatical view of the decks. An ozatrace copy of a plan, showing sections of No. 4 [main], No. 5 [middle], No. 6 [lower], No. 7 [platform], No. 8 [hold] and No. 9 [double bottom compartment] decks for the Centaur class light fleet aircraft carrier Hermes (1953). This drawing shows the locations of the compartments in the sections between frames 30 and 40. This plan was made during the 1964-65 special refit and noted as Sheet 6 of 31. A Devonport Dockyard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 12 May 1966 is printed on the drawing.
