A slightly distant starboard quarter view, taken from wide off the stern, of the cutter yacht Florence (1899) at anchor in the River Colne area, Essex. She is drying her jib and foresail which are hanging between her mast and the aft end of her boom. Her mainsail and gaff are stowed. Her bob is a white circle on a dark background. Vertical format. The horizon is not level. Negatives numbers P75170 to P75173 inclusive are the same vessel but the identity is in doubt. This may be the Evadne (1874).
