A slightly distant starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the cutter yacht Florence (1899) at anchor in the River Colne area, Essex. She is drying her jib and foresail which are hanging between her mast and the aft end of her boom. Her mainsail and gaff are stowed. Her bob is a white circle on a dark background. A man is leaning on the mast with his left arm akimbo. Negatives numbers P75170 to P75173 inclusive are the same vessel but the identity is in doubt. This may be the Evadne (1874).
