A yawl rigged, clinker built sailing boat in the River Colne area, Essex.
A port bow view, taken from fine off the bow, of a pleasure yawl in the River Colne area. She is clinker built with a long counter stern and her two masts are each rigged with a gaff sail and a jib is set. A pipe smoking man is sitting in the cockpit with his hand on the tiller but the boat is anchored. The bob at the top of the mainmast is out of the picture. An Essex smack, possibly 133CK, is anchored in the background. The horizon is not quite level. Negatives numbers P75188 to P75191 inclusive were taken of the same boat on the same occasion. See also negatives numbers P75214 and P75215.
