Dover fore-mizzen punt Argonaut
This view of the Dover punt Argonaut, regd DR56, is taken from over the transom looking forward to the stem over three thwarts, across which lie oars to port and starboard. The foremast (not in place) is stepped through a hinged iron or bronze gate fixed to the aft side of the foremost thwart. What may be the boat's rudder rests on the floor of the boat at the stern.
