The yacht Hilda at Prior's Haven, Tynemouth, Northumberland
A starboard side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the yacht Hilda at anchor in Prior's Haven, Tynemouth. She is a former Royal National Lifeboat Institution self-righting sailing and pulling lifeboat that has been converted to motor, given an extended cabin forward and a steering wheel amidships. She has a light 2-masted rig and the tip of the foremast is just out of the picture. A duplicate negative produced by Saxons, 7 New Durham Road, Sunderland, in March 1972 from the original taken by Mr Stanley Hutchinson's father.
