A port bow view, taken from fine off the bow, of the passenger liner Great Britain (1843) berthed in the Great Western Dock, Bristol, undergoing restoration and conversion to a museum ship. Her funnel is in place and is surrounded by scaffolding. Her bow and the upper part of her hull has been freshly painted black above painted ports but the lower part of the hull has not been painted. Very slightly unsharp. A colour transparency.
