Greenwich with barges and other craft. Trial proof

Medium includes ochre. A view from Deptford Reach to the north-west, with men in a Thames wherry in the foreground possibly towing a raft of floating timber, lighters and a steamer in bow-view beyond and the Royal Naval College in the distance. The shipping on the left includes a ketch-rigged Thames barge in the middle ground, a barque under tow from a tug and another Thames barge and lighters behind. The time of day may be early morning.
