London Bridges
A busy scene in the Upper Pool, looking upriver towards London Bridge. The dome of St Paul’s rises above the horizon on the north side, with the Monument to the Great Fire of London visible to its right. Clusters of lighters dot the river, some rafted together, while others surround steam vessels to receive cargo for taking ashore. The image is signed 'W L Wyllie', lower left.
